WHEN YOU FIRST FIT THE BRIDLE, DO NOT FASTEN THE BUCKLES OR SLIDE THE BROWBAND UP OR DOWN THE HEADPIECE! 

Instead. SIDE THE STRAPS INTO THE KEEPERS, AND POPPER THE BROWBAND ON IN THE CORRECT PLACE, WITHOUT MOVING IT, as I cannot accept any returns with Buckle Marks or browband scratches on them
