Please check the condition of your item/s on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing, damaged, or deemed unsuitable for the purpose intended, on arrival please specify and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim for faulty goods can be considered.

Horsemanship Saddlery UK Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any accident, or damage resulting from unusual, unduly stressful, rough or improper use of any product.

If you are in any doubt about the suitability of any product for the purpose to which it is being used, please contact Horsemanship Saddlery UK Ltd. for advice before purchase.


If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be undamaged and unmarked in any way. Buyers are responsible for the Return Postage Cost, unless the item is faulty.
Items returned after 14 days from the date they were received are not refundable.


Payment is via Paypal on the website or by Bank Transfer.


Bridles and Bits in stock will be sent out Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Undelivered items will only be refunded if notification of the missing item is given to us within 3 weeks of the shipment date.
